Volume 2 Issue 1

Yes, it is hump day, (the middle of the week) and we are fiercely pressing toward the end of the week-push on a little bit more and ask GOD(from which your help cometh) to give you the strength to make it just a little bit further.

I am asking  if you or someone you  know is contemplating suicide, to first get some help from your local crisis center, nearest hospital  and for those areas supporting the information line you may call 211 on your phone and ask for the nearest available aide in your area. Please friends don't try to take on this spirit alone. And please if you find someone in the process of harming themselves call 911 immediately.

Next pray feverishly for them that God will deliver them from what ever pain they are feeling, and make them whole.

As teenagers and young adults we sometimes depend on our close friends to keep promises for us, but being a good friend is more than a promise it is helping out when you are needed the most. It will be easier to live with telling a secret or breaking a promise than to live without a friend because...

Part 3

May 2, 2007

I fainted again after they had gotten me in position and I had cried.  They reassured me it was alright and insisted that I didn't move because when I woke up I proceeded to turn on my side and they were saying wait, don't move Dominique.  I woke up later and Rosie was by my side.  I started to throw up again.  Rosie explained that they didn't pump my stomach or do charcoal because it was too late.

Basically it was in my system and the toil it took was completely up to God's saving power.  I feel asleep and woke up later and Rosie said, "Your dad is here."  I looked down the hall.  I didn't have my glasses on, but I saw him standing there at the very end, a lot sharper than normally he would be with my unaided eyes, and I knew it was him without a doubt.  He came over and was teary eyed.  He reached down and placed his hand on my head, rubbing my hair, and said, "Oh my God."  He kissed my forehead.  I just looked at him and then said I am okay daddy.  After that there was a...

Part 2

May 2, 2007

She said you did what and she got off the bed and asked if I had taken the medicine I had gotten the day before.  She and I had been in the emergency room the day before because I had chest pain and I had been given an anti-inflammatory (not telling the names of the medicines).  It had lots of side effects and could be fatal if taken normally.  I said yes, in a very strange voice.  She asked how much and I replied almost defiant like, "All of them."  She got kind of hysteric.  She looked through my drawer and pulled out the medicine angrily pointed at the bottles going you took this too, I nodded.   She went to her room and came back with her phone calling the prayer warriors.  I had to tell her to call the paramedics.  My friend Anika came in and began to pray in the holies of holies.  Suddenly I felt sharp pains shooting through my body.  It was the spirit of death creeping up on me.  I didn't see it though because the lights were out.  It was creeping up in a sense because I could feel it nearing my...
